Frequently asked questions Summer Card

You can get the summer card from numerous accommodation providers (hotels, private guest houses, inns etc.) in the region when you book to stay there for at least one night. More information on these partners can be found on our website, in the app or in the local tourist information office.

Every guest who is staying at a partner accommodation from 29 May to 15 October 2020 will receive a summer card, which is valid for the duration of their stay (including day of arrival and departure).

No, because it is personalised. All guests – including children – receive their own summer card. If you lose the card, a new one will be issued in your name.

The summer card cannot be purchased. It is only available from participating accommodation providers.

You can make use of the entire range of benefits and attractions as often as you like during the period in which the summer card is valid. There are no restrictions.
Exception: in July and August you can only take a boat trip on Lake Zell once within six days. 

Yes, you can also use the summer card on all public transport services. More information on the mobility card can be found here.
