A must for gourmets from 13 to 22 September 2019 in Zell am See-Kaprun: The Festival of Alpine Cuisine offers culinary experiences of the highest standard with many star chefs and a week of degustation menus and many culinary treats at selected establishments of the region.

Experience Alpine cuisine in Zell am See-Kaprun, a hotspot of culinary diversity. The “Festival of Alpine Cuisine“ is staged here on purpose; here where nature offers diversity between glacier, mountains and lake, providing first-class products, and where long traditions in tourism have shaped hospitality and culinary skills!

Experience live when some of the best chefs in the Alps present their signature dishes on the stage of the Congress Center: Leading at the top

Apart from a total of eight cooking presentations, visitors can look forward to a market with regional treats, alpine streetfood and fantastic culinary diversity at various cooking stations and bars!
Besides the main event at the Ferry Porsche Congress Center on Monday, 16 September 2019, there are also other culinary highlights at selected establishments of the region.
The side events of the Culinary Week turn into the actual highlight when gourmets go on a culinary discovery tour in the region. It’s not just about eating – the Alpine cuisine can be experienced in all its facets. It’s about exchange, knowledge as well as culinary delight: A culinary all-round programme for all fans of Alpine cuisine!
