The 4th Alpine Cuisine Festival will take place on Monday, 2 October 2023. The programme is something not to be missed:

    Reception at the Alpine Cuisine Market
    Arrive & get to know each other: discover the diverse range of products of the Alpine food artisans at the market - incl. presentation of the new SalzburgerLand Via Culinaria Guide.

  • 10 am-10.45 am
    Welcome & opening of the Alpine Cuisine Festival

  • 10.45 am-11.30 am
    Opening keynote: "The taste of the Alps"
    With Dominik Flammer, author and culinary mastermind of Alpine cuisine from Switzerland, presenting the philosophy of Alpine cuisine together with an international top chef.  

  • 11.30 am-12.15 pm
    Culinary "Summit Meeting"

  • 12.15 pm-2.15 pm
    Alpine Lunch 
    Under the patronage of top chef Andreas Döllerer (JRE), representatives of Alpine cuisine, such as 4-Toque chef Vitus Winkler (JRE), will surprise you with their creative dishes.

  • 2.15 pm-3.15 pm
    Keynote with Hanni Rützler, incl. panel
    Food trend researcher Hanni Rützler will take a look into the future, and will discuss traditions, innovations and trends in and outside the kitchen with renowned chefs.

  • 3.15 pm-4 pm
    Alpine Signatures
    International top chef Norbert Niederkofler from South Tyrol will take visitors on his culinary journey and present a signature dish from "his" Alpine cuisine during a live cooking show.

  • From 4 pm
    "The 5th season: wine tasting & networking”
    Farmers‘ autumn meets Vintners‘ autumn: A guided wine sampling session with Weinland Niederösterreich complements the culinary discovery tour through Alpine cuisine at the market.
