- 8 am - 6 pm | Shuttle Bus from Parking to Festival
- 8 am - 3 pm | Spartan Festival with Festival Challenge, Shops, and much more
- 8 - 11 am | Registration Elite /AG
- 8.30 - 11 am | Registration Open Heats
- 8 am - 3 pm | Bag Check
- 9 am | Spartan Super Elite Heat
- 9.15 am | Spartan Super Age Group Heats
- 9.45 am | Spartan Super Open Heats (every 15 minutes)
- 10 am - 6 pm | Shower at Tauern SPA Kaprun
- 6.45 pm | Shuttle bus to Castle Kaprun departing at Maiskogel parking
- 7 pm | Award Ceremony Spartan Super Elite & Age Group with After Show Party at Burg Kaprun. Live music with the band "The First Summer"

SPARTAN KIDS
- 10 am - 12 noon | Kids Race number pick-up
- 12.30 pm | 1,800 m (11 to 15 year old kids)
- 12.45 pm | 1,200 m (7 to 10 year old kids)
- 1 pm | 600 m (4 to 6 year old kids)
Please note: Children participating in the Kids Race are required to wear gloves.
Spartan Kids receive:
- Spartan Kids Finisher Medal
- Spartan Kids Headband
- Spartan Kids T-shirt
