  1. Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Instagram und wird in keiner Weise von Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Der Empfänger der vom Teilnehmer bereitgestellten Informationen ist nicht Instagram, sondern die Zell am See-Kaprun Tourismus GmbH als Betreiber der Zell am See-Kaprun Instagram-Seite (kurz: „Veranstalter“). Die bereitgestellten Informationen werden einzig für das Gewinnspiel verwendet. Eine Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist ausschließlich zu den hier aufgeführten Bedingungen möglich. Mit der Teilnahme erkennt der Teilnehmer diese Teilnahmebedingungen ausdrücklich an. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorankündigung und ohne Angabe von Gründen abzubrechen oder zu beenden.
     

  2. Die Anmeldung zum Gewinnspiel startet am 07.03.2024 um 18:00 Uhr und endet am 24.03.2024 um 12:00 Uhr („Durchführungszeitraum“).

  4. Die Anmeldung zum Gewinnspiel erfolgt über die Kommentare unter dem Instagram Beitrag und dem Folgen des Zell am See-Kaprun Accounts auf Instagram.
     

  5. Kommentare, die gegen die Instagram-Richtlinien, österreichisches Recht, unsere Netiquette und/oder das Copyright verstoßen, werden nach Kenntnisnahme ohne Ankündigung entfernt. Der Teilnehmer ist damit von der Verlosung ausgeschlossen.
     

  6. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen, die bei der Teilnahme mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind. Nicht teilnahmeberechtigt sind Mitarbeiter, Bevollmächtigte, Rechtsnachfolger und Beauftragte von Zell am See-Kaprun, involvierte Agenturen, sowie deren Angehörige.
     

  7. Die Verlosung des Gewinns erfolgt nach Ablauf des Durchführungszeitraumes unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit und Gewährleistung des Zufallsprinzips.
     

  8. Der Gewinner wird über die Instagram-Nachrichtenfunktion informiert. Gewinner müssen innerhalb von 1 Werktag (ab Gewinnbenachrichtigung) ihre Kontakt- und Adressdaten per E-Mail an die Zell am See-Kaprun Tourismus Gmbh melden. Sollten Gewinner die Annahme des Gewinnes in dieser Zeit nicht bestätigen, verfällt ihr Anspruch auf den Gewinn ersatzlos. Es wird dann nach gleichem Vorgehen ein Ersatzgewinner ermittelt. Eine Verpflichtung zur Annahme des Gewinnes besteht nicht.
     

  9. Soweit im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels personenbezogene Daten von Teilnehmern erfasst werden, werden diese vom Veranstalter ausschließlich zum Zwecke der Durchführung des Gewinnspiels erhoben, verarbeitet und genutzt sowie nach Beendigung des Gewinnspiels gelöscht. Der Teilnehmer erklärt sich damit ausdrücklich einverstanden. Der Teilnehmer kann diese Zustimmung jederzeit durch Brief, Fax oder E-Mail widerrufen. Für die Korrektheit und Vollständigkeit seiner abgeschickten Daten ist der Teilnehmer selbst verantwortlich.

  1. The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but Zell am See-Kaprun Tourismus GmbH as operator of the Zell am See-Kaprun Instagram page (in short: "Organiser"). The information provided will only be used for the competition. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without notice and without giving any reason.
     
  2. Registration for the competition starts on 07.03.2024 at 6 pm and ends on 24.03.2024 at 12 noon ("Competition Period").

  4. You can enter the competition via the comments under the Instagram post and following the Instagram Account of @zellamseekaprun.
     
  5. Comments that violate the Instagram guidelines, Austrian law, our netiquette and/or copyright will be removed without notice after becoming known. The participant is thus excluded from the prize draw.
     
  6. Eligible to participate are persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, authorised representatives, legal successors and agents of Zell am See-Kaprun, involved agencies and relatives of the aforementioned are not eligible to participate.
     
  7. The prize draw will take place after the end of the Competition Period in camera and guaranteeing the principle of chance.
     
  8. The winner will be informed via the Instagram message function. Winners must report their contact and address details via email to Zell am See-Kaprun Tourismus Gmbh within 1 working day (from notification of winning). Should winners not confirm acceptance of the prize within this time, their claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. An alternative winner will then be determined according to the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
     
  9. Any personal data of participants acquired as part of the competition will be collected, processed and used by the Organiser exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition. The collected data will be deleted after the competition has ended. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant may revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax or email. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data he/she has submitted.
