Not only the top quality of local products, but also the personal contact to the supplier is important to us. Only when one actually sees the products in the field can one truly believe in the product and through talking about the harvest, new dishes are born. On the one hand, all of this gives us the good feeling of knowing exactly where our products come from, and on the other hand, it simply tastes better. Our young, dynamic kitchen team, consisting of two Pinzgauers, loves to breathe fresh air into traditional dishes and to create something new with regional, seasonal products.
