Andreas Mayer, who has been awarded 2 stars by the Michelin Guide (2009) and 3 toques by Gault Millau, leads his kitchen brigade in MAYER's Restaurant at Schloss Prielau. The gourmet cuisine is French-oriented, with strong aromas.

The dishes and creations, which are presented with great attention to detail, appear handcrafted. Most of the products come directly from the area around Schloss Prielau and the region, the Pinzgau, partly from our own breeding. Andreas Mayer pays great attention to sustainability and organic quality is also a priority.
