Hilberger's Beisl has been serving selected Styrian and typical Salzburg delicacies in the heart of Kaprun since 1996. A special feature of the restaurant is not only the creativity in the kitchen, but that all products - from pasta to spreads - are homemade.
Living up to its name is Hilberger's Beisl in the centre of Kaprun: a "Beisl" is the typical Austrian term for down-to-earth food and a casual atmosphere - and that is exactly what restaurateur Wolfgang Hilberger and his wife offer at their quaint restaurant. Together with their team, they have been treating their guests to the region's best delicacies as well as specialities from Styria, where they are originally come from, since 1996. Every single product, from pasta, bread and spread to dessert, is homemade - and that you can taste. By the way, wine connoisseurs should definitely ask about Wolfgang Hilberger's fine collection during their visit. The host is particularly proud of this cellar full of treasures!
