Status of compliance with requirements
These websites are partially compliant with Conformance Level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) according to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, due to the non-compliances and the exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:
a. Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- WCAG 1.1.1: Alternative texts for old images and graphics may be incomplete in some cases. Subtitles or descriptions are not fully available for videos.
- WCAG 1.2.: Some videos lack a complete audio description.
- WCAG 1.3.1: Several pages have structural deficiencies; for example, the order of the headings is not yet correct.
- WCAG 2.4.4: Some links still have inadequate descriptions of the link destination.
- WCAG 2.2.2: Some animations start automatically, last longer than five seconds or are presented alongside other content; there are no mechanisms to stop or hide them.
b. Disproportionate burden
- Making the PDF files and documents on the websites of Zell am See-Kaprun Tourismus GmbH accessible currently represents a disproportionate burden due to their volume. It is therefore possible that accessible versions are not available for older PDF files and documents. We endeavour to prepare new documents in accordance with WCAG 2.1 before publication.
- We are currently unable to fully review or optimise third-party content in terms of digital accessibility. This affects the following content, tools, and third-party providers on our websites:
