Surrounded by green meadows and glorious mountain panoramas, the Wüstlau Trail invites you to marvel at nature. An extra-long route, the Wüstlau trail leads from the Häuslalm hut through the forest down into the valley. This technically demanding course is peppered with tight curves, elevated turns, rocks and tree roots.

Route description:
The almost 8 km long Wüstlau Trail starts at the Häuslalm directly at Langwiedboden (1,976 m) and requires not only skill, but also endurance and stamina. You reach the starting point via Gletscherjet Ior 3K K-onnection. The technically very challenging trail leads across alpine pastures and through forest sections to the valley at the Kesselfallstraße not far from the “Kesselfall/ Gletscherjets” car park. Numerous hairpin bends, turns in the road as well as stone and root passages require skill and courage.
