Tour description
Climb with a view – the ‘Snow Queen’ ski touring route on the Kitzsteinhorn leads through the impressive winter landscape of the glacier to the Alpine Centre.
From Langwiedboden at 1,976 metres, the marked ski touring route leads along the edge of the piste to the Alpincenter. The route covers an altitude difference of around 474 metres – ideal for fit beginners and as a training route in a secure area. A ski touring information point provides information on safety, equipment and alpine hazards.
