Tour description

The Zell lake circuit starts off very flat in a southerly direction through the nature reserve. In Thumersbach is a short climb followed by cool trails through forests. After another flat section in the north, the route runs along the lake promenade back to the start.

The beautiful circular route around Lake Zell leads to Schüttdorf through the nature reserve. After the Erlhof Hotel, the route leads uphill to the sunny side of the Thumersbach Valley. You will discover wonderful views over Lake Zell on diverse trails - some of them rather sensational. Once in Thumersbach, the route continues along the lake, past the north shore and along the lake promenade towards the finish.
