A family-friendly herb trail with spectacular views of the high mountain landscape of the Hohe Tauern.
The hike from the Kaprun high mountain reservoirs to the rustic Fürthermoaralm leads along a lovingly designed herb trail. In around 45 minutes of walking time, you will experience the fascinating flora of the Hohe Tauern, while impressive views of the Glockner Group, the Steinerne Meer and the imposing reservoirs open up before you. The well-marked trail starts at the Mooserboden mountain restaurant and is ideal for families. You can return comfortably by bus – or simply enjoy the tour in the opposite direction.
