A varied mountain hike from Thumersbach village square to Hundstein – with panoramic views, a rustic hut and tranquil high moorland.
From the village square in Thumersbach, the route takes you along the Höhenpromenade and the Erlberg farm track up a forest path to the Enzianhütte. The trail continues over gentle ridges and past Hahneckkogel, Breiter Kopf and Schafkopf to the high moor. Above the tree line, the view opens up to the striking Hundstein.
