More than 5,000 books, magazines, games, CDs, and DVDs in Kaprun’s library are waiting to be taken home by you. In addition, there are regular literature evenings and readings, creative play, and arts and crafts afternoons as well as book flea markets.
Book lovers will find an impressive collection of around 5,000 books and a variety of magazines, games, audio CDs as well as DVDs for diverse and exciting entertainment at Kaprun’s library. All library staff are volunteers and are happy to help you find the right reading material! If you want to work undisturbed, you can use a PC with internet access or free WLAN. Once founded as a village library, Kaprun’s library is now more than just a place for lending books: it is a modern facility for encounters and communication, where readings and events with well-known authors take place on a regular basis.
