Jaga-Alm – Restaurant with a spectacular panoramic view on the sunny side of the Schmittenhöhe. The restaurant at the Berghotel Jaga-Alm is located 1,200 metres above Lake Zell and combines alpine cosiness with authentic regional cuisine. Right next to the ski slope (No. 20) and hiking trails, you can enjoy freshly prepared specialities made with many ingredients from our own farm and hunt – from hearty classics to homemade pastries.

In the cosy restaurant decorated with numerous hunting trophies, you can feel the connection to nature and Austrian tradition. From the spacious and quietly located sun terrace, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of Lake Zell, the town of Zell am See and the surrounding peaks of the Hohe Tauern mountains – a place where you will want to stay. For children, there is also an indoor playroom, a playground and a petting zoo (only in summer). Upon advance order, we serve special delicacies such as the convivial Jaga-Hut meal, fondue chinoise, juicy pork knuckle or ribs à la maison.
