At this hotel restaurant, you can taste the love of nature and the native home of innkeeper Karl Halbmayr. The ingredients for every à la carte dish come from the hotel's own production or are supplied by local producers. For example, sausage and meat specialities are exclusively processed at the family's own butchery. In addition, the plates of Grüner Baum are filled with selected products from 113 gourmet regions in Austria, to which only official "Genusswirte", an initiative by the Austrian Ministry of Quality of Life, have access. This culinary bonanza can only be complemented by sampling Halbmayr's award-winning fine brandies or schnapps!
