Try the trend sport of disc golf on the Schmittenhöhe: A 3.5-kilometre course with a total of 18 baskets awaits you here. Just like golf, the aim is to hit the basket with as few tries as possible - but with a disc instead of a golf ball. Diverse fun for everyone, starting from the age of 10!

Discover a unique outdoor adventure on the Schmittenhöhe: disc golf! Like classic golf, in this sport you try to reach the target with as few tries as possible. Instead of a golf ball, you play with a disc that is thrown into a basket: And just like on the golf course, endurance, concentration, and patience are also required on the mountain. The disc golf course stretches over 18 baskets on 3.5 kilometres, starting at the Sonnkogelbahn upper terminus at 1,850 metres and leading down to the Sonnenalm at 1,400 metres. Admission is free with a valid cable car ticket. Disc golf discs can be hired for a deposit of €10.
