Yoga + Cold Water Immersion: A Winter Nature Experience
The session begins with an activating yoga practice, complemented by breathing exercises. Movement and conscious breath generate deep inner warmth, stimulate circulation, and enhance clarity and mental focus. Afterwards, we walk in silence to the lakeshore and immerse ourselves together in the refreshing water. Awareness rests on the breath, inner stillness, and a powerful connection with nature. A warm cup of tea completes this holistic experience in a relaxed atmosphere.
SCHEDULE
- 60 min yoga including breathing exercises
- 20 min cold water immersion (ice bathing: changing, walking to the water, immersing, and connecting with nature)
- 15 min relaxation indoors and tea
WHAT TO BRING
- Swimwear
- Towel or poncho
- Flip-flops
- Warm hat
- Personal yoga mat (If you are unable to bring your own yoga mat, please let me know in advance.)

- Very high blood pressure
- Hives (urticaria)

- Raynaud’s syndrome (Type I & II)
- Panic disorders
- Epilepsy
- Pregnancy
