Jeunesse Concert: "Mosertrio" Piano Trio - Van Beethoven to Birdland

The MoserTrio is a piano trio from Salzburg. The three siblings – Sarah, Lukas, and Florian – have performed widely across Austria, including appearances at the Paul Hofhaimer Days, the Gut Immling Cultural Summer, and, in 2018, as soloists in Beethoven’s Triple Concerto with the Salzburg Philharmonic. They are prize winners of the international AEMC Competition.

In addition to their studies in Salzburg and Munich, the three musicians seek inspiration beyond traditional boundaries: the trio feels equally at home in jazz and contemporary music, which is reflected in their programs. This musical multilingualism inspires their own compositions and arrangements – written by both the violinist and the pianist (winner of the Zawinul Jazz Prize). At the same time, they often return to the classical trio repertoire, embedding unconventional ideas into traditional forms. The MoserTrio has worked with the Artis Quartet, Hatto Beyerle, Martha Gulyas, Candida Thompson, and Biliana Tzinlikova, among others.
