Cancellation conditions

  • You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
  • From 14 days before arrival and in the event of a no-show, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total amount.

Deposit

  • Please pay a deposit of 35% of the total amount by 1 December 2025
  • If the deposit is not received by the hotel within this period, we will consider the booking unconfirmed and reserve the right to cancel it.
