Our family business has been processing meat with a lot of passion and craftsmanship since 1949 - and that is now in the third generation. Committed to this tradition, our goal is to meet the high quality standards of our customers and thus to produce high-quality fresh meat and meat products for our customers and make them accessible.
Through our striving for quality and with a lot of innovation, we also develop and produce new products and recipes again and again and thus face the challenges of a rapidly changing market. Regionality is our priority - there are certainly meat products that are only available abroad - but basically it is our aim to process as many products as possible from local animals, from local farmers and sustainable agriculture. Out of appreciation for the animals, it is very important to us that they are kept species-appropriate and treated with respect.
We don't just process the precious parts of an animal - but the whole animal. It is our passion for meat and enjoyment that drives us to offer the highest possible quality and thus to be a reliable partner for our private customers and our catering customers on everything to do with meat.
