Quiete farmhouse in idyllic location with great view of the Zell Lake, the Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn. Our house is located 300m above the cross-country run, 5 min. driving-distance to the skiing-area. In summer there are hiking trails leading directly to and from the house. The next bathing-beach is 200m away. For house-guests there is also table-tennis and a playground.
As a family-run house we offer enlarged breakfast, colour-TV, radio, lounge with a freezer and sufficient parking places.
Mobility Card included
Between 1 May and 31 October, the Mobility Card is included at your host in Zell am See-Kaprun from the first night of your stay.The card is valid for your entire stay as a ticket on public transport (train, postbuses & Pinzgau regional railway) in the Pinzgau region.
