Route description:
Starting in Schulstraße, turn right opposite the school building and head uphill along Schaufelbergstraße to the first bend. Continue straight ahead along Ortlehen Trail to the farms and then turn right uphill. From there, cross a stone lane to the Maiskogel goods road, which meanders uphill through high forest and forest clearings.

Tips
Trail suitable for pushchairs: From the Kaprun middle school via Schaufelbergstraße on asphalt road to the mountain restaurant Stangerbauer. It takes approxximately 1,5 hours. The Gasthof Unteraigen is located along the way (after about 30 minutes). Return the same way.
