Tour description
Scenic circular walk from Thumersbach with magnificent views of Lake Zell and the Hundstein.
From Thumersbach village square, the trail leads along ridge trail no. 84 and then along trail no. 89 to Erlhofplatte. At around 1,400 m, it follows a forest trail back to the ridge trail and on to the Enzianhütte at 1,300 m. A short, varied tour with beautiful panoramic views and a cosy place to stop for refreshments.

The path starts at the village square in Thumersbach over the Thumersbacher-Kammweg no 84 and runs over a forest road (no 89) and then narrows and climbs to the Erlhofplatte. From then on it is a wide forest road which meets the Thumersbacher Kammweg and further to Enzianhütte (1 300 m height).
