Tour description

A climb that's well worth the effort - the Schwalbenwand offers magnificent views of Lake Zell and the snow-capped peaks all around.

From the Mitterberghof mountain inn, the trail leads along a forest road and forest path to the 2,011 m high Schwalbenwand – a picture-perfect grassy mountain in the Pinzgau region. The return route follows the Schwalbenwandweg trail no. 83 past the Schützingalm.
