Dining & drinking There is a real culinary focus at Schloss Prielau. Star chef Andreas Mayer has been ensuring a special kind of taste experience since 2004 – the "Schlossküche" ideal for when you are feeling a bit peckish, offers a small menu along with coffee and cake. In the summer the terrace is open in the evenings too so the day can be seen out perfectly with a glass of wine or an aperitif enjoyed before dinner at MAYER’s Restaurant, the gourmet restaurant at Schloss Prielau.
