Furnishing: 3-room chalet for 2 to 5 people sole occupancy, approx. 50 m², 1 floor, enclosed plot, 2 bedrooms, wood-fired oven, terrace with furniture, sun umbrella, sun loungers, barbecue area, wood storage area, wooden hot tub. Comfortable separate bathing chalet with sink (20 m²), shower and WC,  pets welcome – dogs must be kept on a leash. Mountain biking & cycling are not permitted in the region!
The view from your unique holiday chalet is breathtaking and picturesque. High above the beautiful holiday region of Zell am See – Kaprun you can leave behind the daily hustle and bustle and forget all about stress. Take in the glistening deep-blue colour of Lake Zell while you let your gaze wander across the snow-covered mountain summits; on the left you can look up to the formidable Großglockner and on the right to the famous Kitzsteinhorn glacier region and beyond. The combination of fun on the slopes, hiking and lake-based adventures is particularly appealing and offers a huge selection of possibilities for sporting and leisure activities.

Driveway: Please note that access by car is only possible during arrival and departure (for transporting luggage). The rest of the time cars can be parked at the Gasthof Mitterberg (2 km away; € 3.00/day).
