Host Markus Lorbeck will create an 8-course degustation menu on the topic of “Cress“ from Bloom´s Manufactory in Saalfelden. The different types of cress have a wide range of flavours and offer plenty of creative room for his culinary interpretations.
This “Interpretation of Pinzgau“ with menu and price will be published mid-August. Until then, we remain with a warm EAT & FLY. Come and see us!
