And not just something: we plant a variety of herbs, sprouts and salads in our own Indoor-Farm directly in the middle of the restaurant. At the beginning of your evening we tell some facts and figures of indoor farming, hydroponics and why we are doing this. Following this, we convince you with a 4 course menu of the freshness and quality of our “harvest”, which we combine with regional products to exciting compositions.
