At the pleasureable hike along the High-Altitude Promenade of the Schmittenhöhe, guests discover numerous wild-growing herbs with Fredi, the Schmitten-Herb-Expert, and get to know a lot interesting facts. After the hike, there is a herb workshop, where Fredi teaches how to process the collected greens. Every hike has a special topic – if cremes, lemonades, bread spread or baked goods – one's for sure: the Herbal- & Tasting Hike is an unique adventure for big and little gourmets

During the enjoyable hike along the high altitude promenade on the Schmittenhöhe, you will discover the numerous wild herbs together with Fredi, our Schmitten herb expert, and learn a lot of interesting facts first hand. Together in the herb workshop, the collected treasures of nature are processed into different specialties. Each hike has its own focus and whether ointment, lemonade, spread or bakery, one thing is guaranteed, the herb & pleasure hike is a unique experience for big and small gourmets.
