Yoga with Nicki

End the day with a classic hatha yoga class. The focus will be on breathing exercises, sun salutations, classic hatha yoga poses and a well-deserved relaxation period at the end of the class.

The Hatha Yoga class is based on the well-known yoga style of Sivananda. The hour includes sun salutation, which prepares your body for the following Yoga class.
