Hosts Victoria Breitfuß and Daniel Stoffl have created a unique atmosphere in their kraftWERK – Restaurant & Winebar and delight their guests with modern cuisine. The meat and dairy products predominantly come from their own organic farm, and they are committed to using regional ingredients wherever possible.
