Ski & Dine with Valeria Piccini and Raimund Knautz

The AreitLounge invites you to a tasting menu with chef Raimund Knautz and chef Valeria Piccini, who has been awarded 2 stars, accompanied by the Monteverro winery from Tuscany.

The event offers culinary delights for all senses: after a glass of Franciacorta in the AreitLounge, guest chef Valeria Piccini shows off her skills together with AreitAlm head chef Raimund Knautz. With its view of the Alps, the AreitAlm also provides the perfect backdrop for this unforgettable dining experience. The 4-course menu including aperitif & ‘piccola pasticceria is rounded off with a selected wine accompaniment.

This year, the famous Monteverro winery is also taking part, represented by its managing director Andreas Comploj, who will be there in person. Look forward to exclusive wines from Tuscany and be inspired by extraordinary flavour experiences - a real treat in a unique atmosphere!
