Power Yoga

The 60-minute session is a combination of Vinyasaflow and held Hatha yoga exercises. The yoga style is characterized by dynamic and strengthening elements. Power Yoga gives us more energy and vitality for everyday life. We gain access to the body, which makes us clearer, calmer and more focused.
