CELEBRATE WITH US THE PADDY NIGHT AT BURG KAPRUN Saturday, 22 March 2025 | Start: 8 pm Doors open at 7 pm.

If you really want to experience the PADDY NIGHT, comes in a green outfit. Slainte Folks! The legendary PADDY NIGHT is all about the shamrock "BURGgoesIRISH" and celebrates the highest Irish holiday, which is celebrated on March 17th not only in Ireland, but all over the world. Rivers are colored green, cities are lit up green, green fancy outfits are worn, or, as with us, Kaprun Castle is bathed in green light, because then the venerable walls are transformed into a boisterous pub festival peppered with selected Irish folk music.

The Irish folk band "FOLKSTROTT" from Graz have dedicated themselves with heart and soul to Irish folk. With speedy performance and sensational stage show, the good mixture of traditional and modern elements is musically in the foreground. There is an unmistakable Celtic rhythmen, modern and lively arranged and with their individual sound, FOLKSTROTT not only exudes the Irish spirit, but also the green blood that pulsates in their veins. Cheers, mate! If you still sit there, it's your own fault! The cult bar of the Whisky Circle Pinzgau has long been customary, and as always, they provide the best wine.
They are just as much a part of the Paddy Night as the Guinness Bar and our delicious "CastleIrishStew" of the Burgschank.
