The highest-located program item of the Falstaff Culinary Ski Days in the Zell am See-Kaprun region is held on Friday, April 4, 2025 on the Kitzsteinhorn: At the HOCHGENUSS in the Gipfel Restaurant at 3,029 meters, three exceptional personalities of Austrian top-notch gastronomy pamper the guests.

The evening begins with a spectacular cable car ride, followed by an aperitif at 3,029 meters. Afterwards, 4-toque chef Philip Rachinger takes the guests on a unique culinary trip. 98 out of 100 Falstaff points prove the well-traveled Austrian is a real master of his craft.
Stefan D. Wellanschitz from Neckenmarkt in Burgenland and Katharina Gessl from Zellerndorf in the Weinviertel region accompany the evening with fine wines from their organically cultivated vineyards.
