Every four weeks, we gather at Seecamp with a view of the lake, practice variations of the Moon Salutation, and turn inward through meditation.
What is Full Moon Flow?
A yoga class that always takes place on the full moon. Each session is dedicated to the unique energy of the respective moon phase.
What can you expect?
Moon Salutations or variations, a beautiful meditation, and a journaling exercise inspired by the theme of the full moon.
Who are the classes for?
For all yogis – regardless of experience or level – as well as all moon lovers and anyone interested in the energy of the moon.
