On 5 April 2025, young top chefs Max Eichberger and Fabian Schasching from Markthof will bring their creative cuisine to the venerable Kaprun Castle. As part of the Culinary Ski Days, the two chefs, who have gained their experience in renowned restaurants such as the Steirereck, will present a cuisine based on organic products and regional quality.
Respect for the ingredients is at the heart of the philosophy of the two top chefs. They use their extensive know-how and experience to get the best out of every product. The event combines a historic atmosphere with modern, authentic cuisine and promises a special taste experience.
