Little Chefs Go Big
For one day, it’s all about herbs, cooking, and creativity.
Together with chef Thomas Ellwanger, kids prepare a delicious lunch for themselves and their accompanying adults using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Before that, they head out with certified herbal medicine practitioner Theresa Sommerbichler to gather herbs. Along the way, the kids learn interesting facts about the properties and uses of our local treasures – all of which will find their way into the final meal.

Programme:

• 8.30 to 9.30 am Herb Gathering & Herbalism with Theresa Sommerbichler (no parental care required)
• 9.30 am to 12.30 pm Cooking class for kids aged 6 to 12 (no parental care required)
• 1 pm Joint lunch with accompanying people

Costs: € 16 per kid + € 12 per accompanying person (max. two per kid)
