A 2-day training programme with Patrick Lange awaits you on site, consisting of a bike ride, intensive running and technique training as well as an exclusive swimming training session with Patrick Lange and his swimming coach Clemens Weis.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
- Swimming gear: Wetsuit (recommended), goggles, swim cap
- Running gear: Running shoes, running clothes
