Audi Performance Camp x Patrick Lange Valuable tips for efficient and sustainable performance improvement

Immerse yourself in an exclusive two-day experience with three-time triathlon world champion Patrick Lange – including cycling, swimming, running, and technical training. Get a behind-the-scenes look with the support of Julia Lange and renowned swim coach Clemens Weis.

A 2-day training programme with Patrick Lange awaits you on site, consisting of a bike ride, intensive running and technique training as well as an exclusive swimming training session with Patrick Lange and his swimming coach Clemens Weis.

Required equipment:

• Swimming gear: Wetsuit (recommended), goggles, swim cap
• Running gear: Running shoes, running clothes
• Cycling gear: Road or triathlon bike, road bike helmet, cycling shoes, cycling clothes
• Other: Backpack, heart rate monitor, water bottle, and anything else you need for training
