in-house cheese factory

Walking time: approx. 4 h across the Thumersbach Kammweg (Ridgeway) No. 84; including own cheese dairy. Sale of Original Pinzgau Cheese, alpine cheese and Alm Tilsit cheese.

Any exertions are rewarded with a tasty Brettljause that always includes the aromatic homemade Pinzgau alpine cheese.

The following cheese creations are produced and sold on the farm in summer and at the farm‘s own cheese dairy in winter:
- Original Pinzgau Cheese
- alpine cheese
- Tödlingalm Cheese (a type of Tilsit cheese)
- various cheese specialities with herbs, spices, wild garlic, etc.
-  goat’s cheese
- in summer, fresh alpine farm butter every day

By the way: The Original Pinzgau Cheese of the Tödlinghof farm has already received several awards at the Käsiade Cheese Festival.

In autumn, the farm’s extended product range includes meat specialities from 45 whey-fed alpine pasture pigs as well as meat from young Angus cattle (must be ordered in advance
