Flo´s Restaurant

Flo's restaurant in Zell am See is neither a classic inn nor simple haute cuisine. Culinary artist Florian Zillner has combined two worlds at his restaurant instead, and turned it into a place of casual fine dining. Here you can sample modern interpretations of classic creations in a cosy atmosphere. You can try fermented, regional food from the restaurant's own 250 m² vegetable garden and meat-free flavour components that Flo and his team cleverly combine for you. Flo has already received several awards for his art of cooking, including a Gault Millau Toque. Recommending a fine wine to match, two sommeliers put the final touch to every dish.
