Thursday, 23 June 2022
- until 1.30 pm: Individual arrival and check-In
- 2 pm: Welcome & presentation
- 3 pm: Activation run at Kaprun castle
- from 6.30 pm: Dinner in the hotel restaurant Lichtblick
- 8.30 pm: presentation Spartan Race - training & nutrition
Friday, 24 June 2022
- from 7 am: Breakfast in the hotel restaurant Lichtblick
- 9 am: Mobilization, stabilization
- 10-11.30 am: Obstacle workshop
- 2 pm: Spartan circuit training | alternatively: hike
- from 6.30 pm: Dinner in the hotel restaurant Lichtblick
- Then regeneration in the SPA water & sauna world until 10.00 pm
Saturday, 25 June 2022
- from 7 am: Breakfast in the hotel restaurant Lichtblick
- 9 am: Mobilization, stabilization
- 10-11.30 am: Obstacle workshop
- 2 pm: Trailrun
- from 6.30 pm: Dinner in the hotel restaurant Lichtblick
Sunday, 26. June 2022
- from 7 am: Breakfast in the hotel restaurant Lichtblick
- 9.30 am: Spartan Fit obstacle course
- from 12 noon: Final photo, check-Out & individual departure
