There is hardly any other holiday destination that offers snowboarders as much fun and diversity as Zell am See-Kaprun does. The perfect example: the Mellow Park. On 3,203-metre-high Kitzsteinhorn three facilities are joined in one unique boarding area. But of course, Schmittenhöhe and Maiskogel are also perfect places to leave one's traces in the snow. Get ready for a new dimension of boarding.

In Mellow Park, for instance, you can romp around to your heart's desire on about 30,000 square metres of ground. Thanks to this huge area, still more 'cool' experiences are now waiting for you at an altitude of up to 3,029 metres. Fun Box, Styleroller or Step Down Kicker: there are no limits set to your creativity for new 'moves'. The halfpipe in the immediate vicinity of the mountain station of Sonnenkarbahn cable car makes every day on Schmittenhöhe an incomparable pleasure.

Freeriders do not have to forgo anything either: they can dash through the untouched backcountry of the region on the 'Magnetköpfl' course or the 'Langwied' route. A mixture of steep slopes and some flatter inclines makes these rides an unforgettable snowboard experience. Boards should be chosen according to the special requirements of the respective course.
