The variety reaches from crossing over the Hohe Tauern on the tracks of the traditional traders (“Säumer”) to wildlife observation, geological excursions or snow shoe hiking in snowy Tauern valleys. The National Park rangers are specially trained to lead the excursions and deliver in an interesting and enthralling way the uniqueness of the protected area.
